First, you should give a clear explanation of your idea and how you expect to achieve it. It is important to mention the cloud services you may need to use. Also, if possible, try to provide a link to a webpage describing your project.

Example:
We are building a new web application for invoice generation and management.
In fact, our goal is to make a SaaS business, which provide our customers the ability to generate their invoices, store and manage them in one place and share them with their clients through email.
As per our current requirements, we expect to use the following AWS services: Amazon Lightsail, Amazon Route 53, and Amazon Simple Email Service.

Step2 : APPLICATION under review

Once, you submit the form, you should receive an email informing you that your application is under review.

Step3 : APPLICATION Confirmation

Generally, Amazon replies Shortly. In my case, it takes 6 days to get the approval.
